Authentic leadership is being comfortable acknowledging that individually you do not have all the expertise or answers. The world is too complex and moving too fast for any one person to stay on top of everything. The key is seeking out information from multiple diverse sources, creating an environment that lets people complement one another's strengths and offset one another's weaknesses, and then building a shared vision and plan to move forward.

Great examples of how B2B Marketing is evolving at an ever-increasing pace. I particularly like the points about how empowered individuals within an organization (e.g. product managers, technical engineers, etc) have a real opportunity to play a key role in increasing customer engagement, especially on social platforms. The potential for impact is tremendous, but marketing leaders must invest the time and energy to stay up-to-date on evolving trends and embrace a test-and-learn mindset with emerging capabilities to drive effective customer engagement and marketing impact.#growthmindset #modernmarketing

I thought that this was an empowering and informative piece on Leadership. The main premise, as outlined in the quote below from the author Professor Hill, shows that with the desire, and through the right experiences, one can develop to be an authentic, impactful leader - “Leadership is a process of self-development, No one canteachyou how to lead; you need to be willing and able tolearnhow to lead. Mostly we learn from our experiences and facing adversity. Stepping outside of the spaces where we feel safe — is a powerful teacher.”The 8 essential qualities of successful leaders: Authenticity, Curiosity, Analytical Prowess, Adaptability, Creativity, Comfort with Ambiguity, Resilience and Empathy

This is such a great lesson Cordell Bennigson. Thanks for sharing. Whether it be lifting weights or running hills, you are right that the extra weight or that last rep is what makes the difference.I found that when facing difficult times in fitness, life, or career, it is so important to lean into the challenge - looking at the obstacle in an objective manner, focusing on "what is" vs. "what could have been", taking that important first step forward, and finally continuing to push forward - learning and adapting along the way.For additional thoughts on this topic, a good book that I would recommend that shares a similar message to what you are highlighting is "The Obstacle is the Way" by Ryan Holiday (https://ryanholiday.net/ ). #ryanholiday

Robust account planning is foundational to effective strategic account management and driving organic growth, but the key is that the plans are a) thoughtful, b) informed by up-to-date insights, c) actionable, and d) "evergreen". Done right, this takes a lot of time and effort by the account team and the organization as a whole. It is great to see Aviso AI harnessing the power of GenAI to help account executives more efficiently create and execute actionable account plans.

Some might believe accountability and compassion cannot coexist in the business environment. This article does a nice job of outlining how, by driving accountability with a growth mindset, it actually accelerates individual performance, improves learning and adaptability, and creates a culture to drive sustained team performance. From my perspective, the keys here are focusingon:1)Leaders demonstrating accountability through their own actions - owning their own commitments and2)Anchoring the organization on solutions – driving outcomes by learning from the failures that will undoubtedly occur3)Creating a trusting environment for transparent and direct dialogue within the team to push through challenges collectivelyWhile the traditional, more punitive approach might drive short-term results, I firmly believe that this growth-oriented model will lead to a stronger culture, sustained high performance, and more breakthrough innovation.
