Senior Manager II, Early Childhood Identification Services
Willow Oaks Administrative Center
DescriptionPlans, manages, and coordinates the multifaceted program activities and personnel of the early childhood identification and services team; exercises leadership to design, create, implement, assess, revise, or adapt a curriculum service or other educational program.
QualificationsRequired
Master's degree.
Six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience in teaching and/or administration and supervision.
Postgraduate educational license with endorsem*nt(s) designated as appropriate to the assignment.
Administration and supervision PreK-12 endorsem*nt.
Knowledge of philosophy, goals, procedures, organization, and professional specialties of the program.
Knowledge of public education organization and administrative requirements in specialty.
Familiarity with applicable regulations, legislations, and policies.
Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
Ability to supervise and evaluate personnel.
Ability to establish and maintain a successful cooperative working relationship with appropriate school communities and school-based and central office staff.
Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

$111,845 - $170,147
