The following is a list of Veterans Day free meals and deals. Check your local business to ensure its participation in these offers. Most offers require proof of military service.
Unless otherwise noted, these deals are good on Veterans Day, Thursday, Nov. 11.
Applebee's: Receive a free entrée from a special menu. Dine in on Nov. 11 and receive a $5 bounce back card to redeem within three weeks.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Free order of 10 boneless wings and fries.
Chili's: Free meal from a special menu. Dine-in only.
Cicis: Pizza free buffet; coupon required.
Cracker Barrel: A free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
Denny's: Free "Build Your Own Grand Slam" from 5 a.m. to noon. Dine-in only.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit: Free Pulled Pork Classic Sandwich at participating locations. In store only. Use the code VETFREE. Also, from Nov. 11 through Dec. 31, Barbecue at Home by Dickey's is taking 15% off all orders for veterans when they use the code VETERAN15.
Dunkin' Donuts: Free donut at participating locations.
Famous Dave's: Free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich and side at participating locations. Not valid for call-in orders.
Golden Corral: Free meal on Nov. 11 from 5 p.m. to close. Dine-in only.
Hooters: Free entrée from their Veterans Day Menu. Dine-in only.
IHOP: Free order of Red, White & Blueberry pancakes at participating locations. Dine-in only.
Krispy Kreme: Free doughnut and coffee.
Little Caesars: Free Hot-N-Ready Lunch Combo at participating stores, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Logan's Roadhouse: Free meal from a special menu, 3 to 6 p.m.
Menchie's: First 6 ounces of froyo free.
Olive Garden: Dine in for a free entrée from a special menu.
Outback Steakhouse: Free Bloomin' Onion and Coca-Cola product. Offer available for dine-in or to-go, not available for online orders.
Pilot Flying J: Free breakfast Nov. 8-11at participating locations through a special offer in their app.
Red Lobster: Free appetizer or dessert from a special menu. Dine-in only.
Smashburger: Free Double Classic Smash.
Starbucks: Veterans, military service members and military spouses get a free tall, hot brewed coffee at participating stores.
Texas Roadhouse: Texas Roadhouse will hand out dinner vouchers at the stores' parking lot Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vouchers can be redeemed through May 30.
TravelCenters of America/Petro: Complimentary meal at participating quick service and full service restaurants nationwide.
Village Inn: Free VIB breakfast. Valid for dine-in and pickup orders only. Online orders use promo code VETSVIB when placing order for pickup.
Wendy's: Free breakfast combo at participating locations from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Wienerschnitzel: Receive a free chili dog, small fries and a small drink at participating locations.
Academy Sports + Outdoors: Veterans, active-duty and reserve service members and immediate family members get 10% off purchase both in-store and online now through Nov. 15.
Army & Air Force Exchange Service: Military Star cardholders receive multiple deals, including double the everyday gas savings with 10 cents off per gallon at Exchange fuel locations, 15% off purchases at participating Exchange restaurants and $10 off Exchange mall concession purchases of $25 or more with coupon (see main store customer service for the coupon). Exchange stores will hand out free challenge coins to veterans.
Bed Bath & Beyond: Veterans, active duty and spouses get 25% off Nov. 11-14.
David's Bridal: Active and retired military members and their immediate families (and fiancés) receive 10% off in-store purchase from Nov. 9-11. Not valid online.
Dollar General: 20% discount Nov. 11-14.
L.L.Bean: 15% off now through Nov. 11.
Office Depot and OfficeMax: Veterans, active military, retirees, reservists and their dependents get 25% off qualifying purchases Nov. 11-13. In-store only.
Omaha Steaks: Free shipping on select packages on Nov. 11 in addition to the regular 10% military discount. Online and in stores.
Rack Room Shoes: Military personnel and their dependents get a 20% discount. In-store only.
Sport Clips: Free haircuts with valid proof of service.
Staples: Active military, reservists, veterans, and their immediate families get a 25% discount Nov. 7-13.
Target: 10% discount now through Nov.13 to active military, veterans and their families.
Tractor Supply Company: Active military, veterans and their dependents receive a 15% discount.
Walgreens: Veterans, military and their families get a 20% discount on eligible items Nov. 11-15. In-store only.
