The most recent Ombuzz blog has some questions we can all ask ourselves when in conflict - even though my ego may not like them! I’m particularly struck by, “What might that person fear about sharing their truth.” This opens up two big considerations for me: 1. The other person could be scared and has vulnerabilities too! 2. What am I doing to cause any fear or trepidation? What could I do or say to help create a safe space AND maintain that space once they do open up?Thank you, CINERGY Coaching Cinnie Noble !

I am so lucky I get to watch truly skilled ombuds in action, unscripted! The most recent video from the Ombuds Case Study Club features Melissa Brodrick. She was one of my IOA Foundation instructors 13 years ago, and now I get to teach along side with her! Getting to see her practice in action was so much fun for me! And I learned so much!
