Family member in memory care unit staff does the best they can with limited staffing. Managements communication lacking after families repeated attempts to meet to discuss care of loved one. Managements disregard for violating family members protected health information resulting in call to The State to file complaint.

I am a nurse with a long term care background. I joined Touchmark back in 2018 because I was impressed with the culture and values. The central office is supportive and close by, and the team of nurses and caregivers are dedicated and compassionate. The residents are great, and we have a lot of fun!
