In November, 2017, Warn Industries was acquired by Keystone Automotive operations, a segment of the LKQ Corporation.

However, the Warn VR line of winches is made in China. The VR line is a more affordable line of winches that is designed for light-duty use. All other Warn winches, including the popular Zeon line, are assembled in Oregon from globally sourced parts.
